The Health Benefits of Yoga

Yoga is a 5000-year-old Indian discipline or practice.

Yoga is all about harmonizing the body, breath, and mind through the combination of sequencing postures, breath, and mindfulness.


1 single lesson is 15 euro. Than we have promotions, for example:

3 lessons pack became 40€ and 6 lessons pack 75€.

All the classes are done in our private Yoga Studio.

Each class provide yoga mat, block, stretching strap and warm blanket. The total duration is around 90 minutes.

Most of the yoga we practices is Hatha and Vinyasa.

Starting with shavasana, pranayama, sun salutation, different Asanas and meditation. 

Always ending with a garden infusion. The perfect mix to reach our soul and open our happiness seals.
